Refund policy: events

You may cancel your registration for any event by emailing up to 10 working days prior to the date of the event and receive a full refund.

Registrations cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the day will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the day will not be refunded.

If for any reason the scheduled event does not run in its advertised format, participants will be notified of alterations and given the option of confirming their booking or cancelling with a full refund. aMuse reserves the right to cancel programs at any time. In the event of cancellation by aMuse, the participant will receive a full refund.
